Thanks for checking in on Jack, he had a swell day on Wednesday with visits from Grandma Houlihan and Eileen. We really think that moving his feeding tube from his mouth to his nose has made a difference. Jack has had fewer bradys and bouts with apnea in the last few days. Overnite his sugars were good and he is close to the 3lb. 2ounce mark. The roller coaster is currently on a slow and steady climb.

We are approaching a month since Jack arrived and it seems the nurses and docs continue to be positive regarding his progress. Although we are a long way from home we feel very good with each passing day. Each day his personality continues to show, during his routine checks he becomes so animated its hard to believe he's only a month old. We've become so familar with his size and shape we are seeing changes daily.

We want to thank Aunt Nora for downloading Jack's first set of footprints that you see to the left. These prints were taken last week by the nursing staff and a copy was presented to Grandma Houlihan and Smith for Easter.

See ya soon.......

Love the pictures! But most of all I love hearing that Jack is doing so well! And yes, I do check on him everyday, so I love the blog---I'm so glad Jack's parents are sharing his progress with all of us. I hope I can come to see Jack again soon!
Love and XXXX's,
Great Aunt Cathy

The Roddy Clan has been checking on precious Jack's progress every day. Connie Murphy was kind enough to let us know about the blog. The little (and big) hands in our house have been saying huge prayers for Jack and his parents. We were so happy to hear he is at 3 pounds! Congratulations on your darling son and welcome to parenthood! Love, Karen, Joe, Fitz, Quinn, Gavin and Bree Roddy
