Monday, March 10th

Hi Everyone,
Tonight is going to be a quick post as Mom and Dad are pretty tired. Jack received two tests today, one was the ECHO, which is the ultrasound of his heart to determine the existence of a heart murmur. The second test is a scan of his head, which is something the hospital does on all preemies after they are a week old. We expect results tomorrow on both tests and will get back to you.
Please continue to keep Jack in your prayers,
JMJ

Jim,

Jack looks great!! I'm not sure about you in scrubs!! Looks like a good "Halloween" costume though. Please know that my family's thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Be Strong!! Rick Long (Delaware)

Dear Margaret and Jim,

We can't wait to meet the little leprechaun!
We will continue to keep you all close in our thoughts, hearts and prayers. Keep the faith!

Love, She, Greg, and Tara

Here's a little poem inspired by you, Jack :)

Though he wasn't due until the month of May, Jack Loftus Smith arrived in early March one day ...

At 2 lbs. 2 with eyes of blue, one of God's tiniest angels came shining through ...

We know he has strength, spirit and grace, you can see it all in his beautiful face ...

Why did he come before his due date? With parents like Margaret and Jim, he just couldn't wait :)

Peace and Love Always, Jack!
